How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days of full access to Kyōfolio—no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe. If you don’t, your account is paused (your data stays safe) until you decide what you want to do.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Nope. Start the trial without a credit card. If you decide to subscribe after 30 days, you’ll enter payment info then.
What happens after 30 days?
You’ll be prompted to subscribe to keep using Kyōfolio. If you don’t subscribe, we pause your account—no surprise charges, and you can come back later.
How much does it cost after the trial?
Kyōfolio costs $96/year ($8/month, billed annually). One plan includes the whole planner.
What happens at renewal?
You'll always see the renewal price before you're charged. Standard renewals will be at the current rate at that time.
Is there a monthly plan?
Not right now. For launch, Kyōfolio is annual billing to keep pricing simple and sustainable. A monthly option may come later.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.
Do you offer refunds?
If something isn’t right, reach out. We’ll take your feedback seriously and do our best to make it right. (And the free trial is there so you can decide with confidence before paying.)
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays yours. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid term. After that, your account is paused, and you can return later without starting over.
Is Kyofolio a mobile app?
Kyōfolio is currently a web app that works great on desktop and mobile browsers. Native iOS and Android apps are on the roadmap.
Is my data private?
We don’t sell your data. Kyōfolio is built to be calm and trustworthy, and privacy is part of that. If you have specific questions, contact us and we’ll answer directly.
